Taredan has been the Alderman of Aratann for some 11 yeatrs (since 2839). He wishes for correct relationships with everyone, but his main goal is oreder within the city. He is prepared to take action against anyone who is a threat to it- such as his crack down against the Merchant Network. His rasant campaign against corruption and people enrichinjg themselves from public money resulted in 15 people losing their hands and/or property.
His decisive stance meant almost total suppression of crime (some thieves are still being held in the prison in Hadvarth, though), anyone who dares to question his policies ius often labelled as a potenetional criminal in his eyes.
His greatest crtitic is Vorador, whom he would like to arrest and seize his property on Hadvarth, but Taredan would not go agianst his principles..
